Steps to Reproduce:
$ rpm -q --qf '%{LICENSE}\n' libhowl
GPL
$
Actual Results:  
Howl is under BSD-style license, as specified in howl-0.9.6/COPYING.
Portions of Howl are covered under the Apple Public Source License (APSL).

О! Так я в первой же своей сборке (1.0.0-alt1) это исправил!

Так что баг закрываю.

p.s. Вообще говоря, howl давно пора отправить в obsolete. На его место пришел avahi.
