Шаги воспроизведения:
# apt-get install MySQL-server MySQL-client
# systemctl start mysqld.service
# mysql_secure_installation
# mysql -u root -p -e "CREATE DATABASE test"
# mysql -u root -p -e "SET GLOBAL log_bin_trust_function_creators = 1;"
# mysql_client_test -u root -p

Получаемый результат:
