The idea to make etcnet to create new netnses and assign certain interfaces to it.

I guess it can be specified in the interface options file with option:

NETNS=vpnns

where 'vpnns' is bindmount to a persistent network namespace (that should be place somewhere in run directory of etcnet).

Лучше назвать VRF.
