Необходима поддержка актуальных хешей в apt.
Это хеши, используемые в файлах base/release и pkglist.*.

- Switched to librpm crypto API instead of libapt.
- Added support and enabled blake2b hash by default.
- genbasedir: add --disable-hash-caching option to disable hashsum caching.

Сам багу склонировал, сам же забыл про то, что она существует.
