Просьба пересобрать dvipng в texlive-окружении, в частности, с новой 
библиотекой libkpathsea.

Преимущество в том, что в texlive libkpathsea идёт отдельным пакетом,
который может быть установлен не только с texlive, но и с tetex.
В tetex же libkpathsea идёт в tetex-core, который конфликтует с texlive,
и поэтому dvipng невозможно использовать на системах совместно с texlive.

Успешно пересобирается при следующем изменении:

-BuildRequires: libfreetype-devel libgd2-devel libpng-devel t1lib-devel tetex-devel tetex-dvips tetex-latex
+BuildRequires: libfreetype-devel libgd2-devel libpng-devel t1lib-devel texlive-base-bin texlive-latex-base libkpathsea-devel

Пакет пересобран, dvipng-1.12-alt2.
