Есть еще похожая проблема - https://bugzilla.altlinux.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22440 - она должна излечиваться с помощью pam_ck_connector, однако этого не происходит. Может кто-нибудь подтвердить/опровергнуть?

В p7 ни hal, ни ck не поддерживаются, а если не хочется иметь дело с systemd, то проблему решают правила для polkit
