Package 'libpcre', required by 'GLib', not found
Package libpcre was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libpcre.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable

Это мусор от cmake, к нему и вопрос. libpcre-devel не нужен для сборки приложений использующих glib.
